Donation Requests

For Non-Profit Organizations or Events

Beverly Hills Teddy Bear Company makes a variety of donations to organizations year round. If your organization has a request for a charitable or non-profit donation online, we kindly ask that you follow these guidelines:
 

  • Requests must be received no later than six (6) weeks prior to the deadline for donation.

  • REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH THE REQUIRED FIELDS ON THIS FORM

  • Incomplete or late requests will not be accepted


In order to ensure the authenticity of each request we DO NOT accept requests via fax, e-mail or over the phone.

All donations are filed through the same database so please submit only ONE online donation request. Due to the volume of requests received, please understand that donations are fulfilled by date of event and are typically e-mailed out approximately two weeks prior to the donation deadline. Completing the form below does not guarantee that your donation request will be fulfilled, we apologize in advance for those who we are not able to accommodate.
